| Exchange & Credit |
| Most lenses have an optional 90 day exchange and credit
facility. Lenses can be exchanged twice free of charge for up to 90 days
from the original order. This option also allows the customer to return
the lenses for 75% credit if the fitting is unsuccessful within the 90
day period. Lenses must be returned undamaged and the patients’ name,
original order number and date must be quoted. If lenses are ordered without
exchange, they can not be credited. However, this option includes free
adjustments to the original lenses, where possible, for 90 days. |

| Volume Purchases |
| Discounts are available for volume orders. |

| Payment Terms |
| Thirty days from statement date. Settlement should be
made in Pounds Sterling or Euro only. |

| Carriage & Insurance |
| All products are dispatched by courier or first class
post and are automatically insured against loss or damage in transit. |
| |
| Unopened Soft lens exchange policy |
| Any stock soft lenses in unopened vials or boxes can
be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of dispatch date providing the
packaging is undamaged. |

| Manufacturers Warranty |
| Defective lenses should be returned to us within 30
days quoting the original order number and indicating the nature of the
defect. If the lens is faulty it will be replaced at no charge or a full
credit issued providing there are no signs of wear or mishandling. This
warranty does not affect your statutory rights. |

| Conditions of Sale |
| All prices and conditions are subject to revision without
notice. |

| All prices quoted exclude VAT and carriage and insurance. |
