To run the software:
Click Start > Programs > David Thomas > DTCL

Complete your practice details:
The first action after installing the software is to complete your practice details.
To do this select Tools | Practice Details from the main menu. The practice details form is displayed:

Complete the details for your practice.

Click Update / Save.
You will be asked to confirm the changes.
Click Yes
Click Close

How to use the David Thomas generic order form

This feature is intended to provide a quick and simple electronic ordering facility. The order form is very similar to the hard copy orders supplied by David Thomas.

You simply fill in the boxes and either print (and post / fax) or email the completed form to David Thomas.

To display the generic order form, either:
Select Tools | David Thomas Order Form; or
Click the David Thomas order form button on the button bar.

Your practice name address and account number will be completed automatically. You must complete all other fields, either by typing suitable values or by selecting from the drop-downs.

To clear the current form, click Clear.
To print a copy, click Print.
To email the form details to David Thomas, click Email.
