Our Profile aspheric posterior design incorporates a spherical optic zone, an innovative progressively flattening aspheric periphery and a uniform edge thickness design generated by advanced computerized lathes.
The Profile design is a result of two years of clinical research and development in the United Kingdom and the USA. This has resulted in a lens that is easy to fit and closely follows the natural curvature of the cornea. The lens maintains a thin overall lens profile with a uniform edge thickness throughout the power range reducing lens mass and maximising oxygen permeability.
The Profile design has a standard overall diameter of 9.60mm but can be made to any other diameter.
The design can be ordered in a range of materials and can be provided on our frequent replacement scheme, either three monthly, six monthly or annually.
