of our contact lenses, with the exception of our monthly disposables
and Ortho-K, can be purchased with a choice of exchange options.
With
Exchange:
Lenses
can be exchanged twice free of charge for up to 90 days
from original order. This option also allows you to
return the lenses for 75% credit if the fitting is unsuccessful
within the 90 day period.
No
Exchange:
Lenses cannot be exchanged or credited. However
this option includes free adjustments, where possible, to the
original lenses for 90 days.
Frequent
Replacement:
All Gas Permeable products can be placed on our
six monthly or yearly frequent replacement scheme. Lenses will
be despatched automatically to you approximately one week prior
to due date. |
